A Firefighter in the Family

Sparkie always loves having a job. And what could be a better job than being a firefighter - riding on that shiny red truck with your ears blowing in the wind. And of course when you start a new job you first must have a photo shoot. VBG

So here is Sparkie's photo shoot:









But I must say, Sparkie wasn't so sure about this. She acted like she thought Mike was putting her on the fire truck and it was going to take her away forever. For the longest time she had the most sad look I've ever seen on a dog. And probably the first time I've ever seen Sparkie subdued. But once she got a treat then she decided maybe it wasn't so bad after all.

She was however very relieved when she got to walk back to the RV, all the while hunting for lizards and squirrels. So much for the firefighter career.
