Waterfront

Today we had a few errands to do in Seattle so we decided to go down a little early and walk along the waterfront and have lunch. It was the perfect day to do this as it was in the lower 80's which made it very pleasant along the water.

While walking along the pier we noticed a fire boat out in the water. It must have been practicing or something as we didn't see any fire. The mountain range in the distance was so pretty.

Further down the piers we came to a nice little outdoor restaurant where Mike had same really wonderful Fish N Chips and I had some very delicious Scallops and Ceasar Salad.

From where we were sitting you could see the Seahawks Stadium, the Mariner's Stadium, a ferry, and if you look closely in just to the right of the stadiums you can see Mt Rainier.

We really had a great time. I hope we have the chance to visit the waterfront a couple more times while we're here this summer.
