Girls Day

(Woodinville, WA) Today was a GREAT day. There is not much better than when two friends can get together and just visit.

Shari came over this morning and exercised sweet Ozzie and Slick for a little while before coming in for a really nice visit. We worked on a scrapping project while we talked, and talked, and talked some more!

While we were visiting, Mike took the girls to Cougar Mountain for a nice long hike. Slugger stayed home, of course, and spent the day chewing on a nice juicy bone.

The only trouble was that the clock went so fast. It never goes that fast when I'm home alone all day.

Thanks so much Shari for coming over today. I enjoyed it more than you know.

We got a call today from our Valley Fever vet in Tucson. After doing a lot of research, she doesn't believe Wazzu's enlarged spleen has anything to do with the Valley Fever. However, she's very concerned about it and wants us to get an ultrasound done as soon as possible. She also wants the x-rays read again to make sure there is no infectious process going on in Wazzu's spine.

Hang in there Wazzu Puppy.
